Actually implement the pending suggestions

Unfortunately a lot of the things that we would really love to add take a surprising amount of time to implement, even things that seem simple. We're always looking to improve the site and suggestions of course always help with that. I'm currently going through a bunch more suggestions at the moment and after I get the open suggestions handled a bit more I plan to go back through all of the pending suggestions and deny ones that we don't need and move the ones that we've already implemented to accepted.
We're planning on migrating over to XF2 soon which requires a full re-write of all of our custom addons and even a lot of our non-custom ones which is a huge amount of work we've been doing behind the scenes.
