Actually make a social media section

Jordan suggested this, and it was accepted, but it wasn't implemented correctly.

The section should basically only include twitter and instagram accounts. Currently there are steam accounts, soundcloud accounts, PSNs, and a bunch of accounts that are not social media accounts - definitely not what Jordan originally suggested.

So basically this suggestion is to separate the sections, have an "Accounts" section as it used to be, and add a new subforum for "Social Media" accounts

I don't understand what's so difficult about prefixes. If you want to find a particular topic then you can do so pretty easily by clicking on the Prefix...?

I use kik to chat with Devon lolololol

and I use it every now and then for business deals.
