AD Cooldown Timer/ Button

I feel like getting warning points for advertising in less than 20minutes is pretty bad so I wanted to suggest maybe like a button where it says insert ad and there you can paste your ad after that you will have timer that is counting 20minutes so you don't accidently send it in those 20 minutes again.

That is just two, there have been very similar ones to this in the past as well which have been rejected.
