Hey folks!
My name is James and I'm 18 years old from New Zealand. For the last 3 weeks my sister and I have been working on plans for a pirate themed MMORPG server. We have both played numerous MMORPG in the past and have always been fascinated with the way the story is conveyed and showed and the world built around the player. Ever since played Wynncraft and realizing it truly is possible to make an MMORPG in Minecraft we have always wanted to create our own and have decided to just dive in and do it. We have both put so much effort into this project and are incredibly dedicated to helping this project become a reality. It personally means a lot to myself.
There are already countless MMORPG's out on the market so why bother? Well 99% of those servers are sloppy, effortless and highly simple and we want Adamas to be that 1% in which it is carefully planned and made and done with the most effort and love.
That's where we come to MC-Market. This is not a simple or easy project. This is a very large project with many different aspects to it and simply to much for 2 people to complete fully. By the time this project is finished we want to have a highly detailed experience for our users to enjoy!

though there wasn't much shown I just wanted to have a chance to show everyone work is being done and our commitment to this project is real.
Our biggest inspiration for Adamas is Pirates of the Caribbean Online as well as Wynncraft on a minor note.
RECRUITMENT
As stated above this is a HUGE project so we certainly need some help.. which is why we are here. We are looking to build a team who are talented and committed to this project. Payment during development is not available but depending on your level of involvement and rank profits will be shared once the server is live.
Builders - Building is not mine or my sisters strong point and this very large map involving many towns and buildings will need to be built. We are looking for people who are strong in medieval build style as well as people who are good at transforming.
MythicMob Developers - There are over 100 mobs in this game we have designed and a lot of them with special abilities. The MythicMob devs will be in charge of turning these mobs into a reality.
Writer - Though we have a rough storyline already made we are looking for writers to come in and design quests, design minor storylines and help add onto the main storyline
Managers - Contact me for more information for this.
Depending on your level of involvement we may ask you to take a joint ownership role in the server upon release we only want one other owner so it will not just be handed out.

This is the island everyone spawns on. You will spawn in a jail (screenshot below) and do the beginning quest that will eventually have you end up at Adamas City.

That NPC (Jack Radcliffe) is the man that gives you the first quest and will also be a prominent character in the storyline
Quest Dialogue
This is the layout of the dialogue for chats and quests. It is similar to Wynncraft due to it being a clean and readable layout.

Adamas City (under construction)
This is Adamas City. It is the capital city of the Adamas Empire (one of the 4 empires involved in the storyline) and will be the first real hub for players. Home to many merchants including potion merchants, tailors, blacksmiths and a bank.

These are what nametags on mobs looks like and there is a loot chest sitting just behind it.
There are over 100 mobs we have designed.

The land of Adamas is one of war, fighting and extreme greed. Most of the land and islands are under control and fought after by the 4 empires who call these lands home, the Adamas Empire, British Empire, Spanish Empire and French Empire.
As well as the empires the undead army infest the lands and look to try gain ultimate control over EVERYTHING in Adamas. Then lastly there is the pirate.. that's where the player comes in (as they are a pirate). Are you able to help stop the undead army? Are you able to help the 4 empires to help propel your personal greed and finally... are you able to become the ultimate pirate and control the lands of Adamas?
