Add a feature to plugin? (MySQL-tokens)

I have been setting up a network, and I've been using MySQL-tokens (As it is compatible with BossShopPro and is MySQL) but I've ran into a problem. Players receive tokens from voting, and I have galistener run the command to add tokens in my lobby server. But this plugin only gives the players the tokens if they are 'online', so if players are on factions and vote, they do not receive a token.

I was wondering if someone could add a feature so it would still give players tokens even if they are offline?

Is this something easy to do? Can you let me know, in-case someone tries to rip me off for an overpriced modification.

You would be better off paying someone to make this for you and no i will not make it because i do not know how to handle offline SQL player data yet!
