Add a list of users who downloaded the resource with specific version at Seller Dashboard

When you found a version of the project was leaked on any site, you can see who downloaded the resource of that version, so it will be easier to find who leaked your product.

It should be a separate tab in Seller Dashboard.

If you disagree, please explain why.

Development of the feature is actually already completed by Jayson, as a small part of a much larger update soon to be released.
