Add a "LiveChat" box in the bottom left of the website

I think there should be a "live chat" box on the bottom left of the forum screen. This box can be minimized incase you don't want to view it. The reason for this box is so you don't have to go back to the forum home page to talk in shoutbox. Also if your making a deal with someone, there should be an option in the Live Chat box that allows you to start a private live chat. That way people can deal faster and there will be a lot less impersonating since deals can be made quickly onsite via Live Chat private messages.

I don't think that the live chat feature will make more deals happen on site or make it any safer.
Starting a conversation with that person would be even better since there you can send photos or other media otherwise you are more restricted with a chat-like interface.
If you don't want to keep reloading, the Supreme live conversations perk does a pretty good job of that, granted not as good as like a discord chat but still works.
I've never seen a chat box in the bottom left of the corner that really fits or make the site look better.

I'm not saying you can't use the PM inbox as well, I'm just saying for some users it would be more convenient.

This has been suggested in the past a few times and denied each time. As it is there is already a bunch of methods of contacting people (PMs, Chat, offsite, whispers) and adding another one people have to check would just be unnecessary. I believe Supreme users have the ability to make the chat display in a tab at the bottom like facebook if that's what you want too.
