Recently it seems "Agree" has been switched to "Agree (Neutral)" which really just adds unnecessary confusion to the system and just makes it much more complicated when trying to accurately judge the communities opinion on a post.

I have 2 different ideas that are in essence the same thing.

1) Add a "Neutral" reaction option.
2) Add a out of 5 or out 10 system for reacting to posts. This would allow for more flexibility at the cost of ease of use.

I really like the idea of neutral, the out of 10 seems like it could be clunky, I feel like reactions need to be something that you can express easily, and thus being able to leave on a thread easily and quick, idk.

If you're neutral wouldn't you just not reply or react? Or state why you're neutral.
A rating system of suggestions might be cool but I just feel like it's simpler to have 2 reactions. One for disagree and one for agree. And a whole thread for people to explain their opinions and why or why not the suggestion would be good.

By not providing input you aren't contributing to the overall conversation. Here's an example to prove the benefit of it.
EXAMPLE:
MC-Market should add a "My Little Pony Merch" Section
Current Reactions: 33 Agree (Neutral), 7 Disagrees
With Update: 10 Agrees, 23 Neutral, 7 Disagree

The results of a poll where 23 people that given the choice would of reacted Neutral could greatly differ the results of a suggestion and would allow for either the misjudgment on a good feature or the implementation of a bad one.

Yeah.
I believe the point of it being named Neutral is to show that it doesn't help your reaction count but I do see people thinking it as the neutral option. Wouldn't an easier method be to just rename the agree (neutral) reaction?
I think if someone really wanted to provide input they'd reply to the thread. By reacting with neutral it can just be viewed as they have no opinion if it's added or not. Which doesn't really help as much in my opinion.

The word Neutral wasn't used in the name of the reaction to imply that by agreeing, you don't mind whether it's added or not. It's called Agree (Neutral) to show that it doesn't count towards your total reaction count.

If you don't have an opinion either way on a suggestion, don't use either button and leave a post explaining why you're unsure.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
