I would like this to be a feature as most lists are outdated and wrong, and people that have made those lists and keep updating them have just straight up quit. it should be a feature above every page of accounts, say when you click on "OG Accounts", "Semi-OG Accounts", "Cape Accounts". Above the word it will show a header and when you click on it, it will bring you to a list of Secured Scam Accounts, Locked Accounts, & Scam Accounts. I think it would be a nice feature when user's need to check a account that somebody is selling or a new user comes to the sight looking to buy a account. It could be Staff and well known and Reputable members being able to work on the list and stop the hassle of trying to find a outdated list from old members which on one list there might be accounts "A B" while the other list just has account "B".

There would be so many issues with this.

How would people validate that these accounts are actual scam accounts?
What if the account no longer is a scam account?
What if the account listed wasn't actually a scam account?
How are you meant to mark all scam accounts down? A lot of people get scammed, but never say anything.
What does and doesn't classify as a scam account?
Can old scam accounts which are now secured still be considered a scam account?

These are just the issues I've thought of in like 2 minutes.

I do not believe it is plausible for there to be an "Official" Scam Accounts List.
There are thousands of accounts out there and for one person, or a group, to keep updated on each account that is considered OG, Semi, Ranked and Caped to ensure that they are a scam account still would be tedious.

Dealing in this area has always been risky. It is at the discretion of the one wanting to purchase the account to look into the account history themselves. If it's hard for them to look into this, think of how it would be if one person, or a group, were to keep updated on more than one account history. Not just more than one, but thousands.
Indeed. It's important that you do your own due diligence on the deals that you do and understand if any account is considered to be a 'scam account' by our community. I don't think there's any particular definition of what a scam account is or how we could enforce what has been suggested, so it's up to you to work out on your own.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion
