Add a section for Anime Accounts

Means that the OG sellers and buyers don't get clogged up with random anime character names and gives the anime weebs a place to sell their accounts. (completely stole this from EclipseBoy320 but giving an actual solution)

Surprisingly enough, this has been suggested in the past. If an account is from an anime and isn't something extremely well known (like Pikachu), then it should probably go in the Semi-OGs forum.
