Add a "Take a break" feature for people like me

This feature would be able to stop people who are using BBB to much and want to limit there time on here to a certain min time by taking a 3 hr 6 hr 12 hr 1 day 2 day 3 day or a 7 day break from bbb or if people want to drink or do other things and not say anything that will get them banned from the forums! This feature will stop people like myself from getting suspended thank you but overall the feature is to combat the misuse of discord whilst drunk and people using bbb to much!

I'd maybe get some counselling instead if you struggle with self control, or maybe get off of the internet and touch some grass by putting some kind of lock on your PC.
