Add a way to find where you received reactions

I recently noticed that I have 3 disagree reactions in my profile and was wondering where/how I got them.
I think it would be a great little feature to be able to click on a reaction in your profile page, whether it be ones you gave or got, and see a link of the threads where you received them and who you gave them to/gave them to you.

I don't see this as a necessary thing to add, I can only think of very few scenarios where this would really matter that much.

Also, I could imagine searching through the ratings could cause strain on the server considering Doge has 4781903482707 reactions received.

I simply don't think this is needed and worth the time or costs to do it.
