Add a Writing Category to Resources

At the moment, there's no way for Writers to publish resources. I for one have things like "Discord Server Rules Template", and "Server Ranks + Descriptions", as well as a lot more. I'm sure other people also have quite a few resources just like mine, and it would be nice to have a new category of resources for writing!

At current, these types of resources would fit within the "Other" category when they're distributed free of charge and contain sufficient original content to meet our quality expectations.

Given these types of resources are submitted very rarely by our resource authors, and that the sale of them are specifically disallowed by rule 5.6, I don't see there being sufficient demand to need a dedicated category.

People cannot sell their writing non-exclusively?

In pretty much all cases they'd be considered an ebook, such as the two examples the OP gave, so would be disallowed from sale.
