Add an "All" Category to resources

Please please please add an "All" category to the resources listed at the top so we can see new resources that I might be interested in than having to click every category.

I'd like to see an 'all' button in the new index if nothing is planned for the empty spot.

Yes, but there should be a button instead of having to click the link.

Since the time this suggestion was made we reverted the change of our index page back to its original, and so now you can see a list of all resources on the index.

I'll move this to denied I suppose. Thanks for the suggestion
