Despite what people say here, it is quite simple to create a mobile app for this site.

I prefer push notifications rather than web ones, don't you?

We can raise a community fund for the app's funding, I guess. It's a few hundred dollars I think.

This has been suggested before and denied because it is too costly and simply isn't needed. The only reason people want a native app is for the push notifications, which has already been implemented on desktop OS's such as Mac and Windows, but support on mobile OS's is limited for websites.

I was looking through the archives, and it looks like people wanted a custom developed app. This is a cheap alternative, and I will raise the cash personally if needed, but I personally would like to see this added.

I've already looked into this and the app was extremely buggy. I used the temporary trial myself and it's far from responsive and functional enough.

XenForo has great mobile support, the only feature lacking is push notifications. I might invest in a app for just push notifications in the far future but for now, no.

Want push notifications? Just link your email to your phone and enable email notifications and you'll be good. That's what I do anyways.

That's not needed. This forum generates enough revenue for stuff like this. However, we're not looking to spend money on something that's not as good as we currently have. We're always looking for improvements.
