Add API to update resources

Hey,

Can an API be added to Ultimate rank to update resources?
We're able to update on every other platform, be it with an API or just with a browser robot, but on BuiltByBit it's the only platform where neither is possible, because of Cloudflare or API lacking.

I see no reason not to add it, if it's accompanied with a rate limit.
