Add back Gravatar support

I'm not sure why it was removed, but this site used to have Gravatar support enabled. It is built-into Xenforo. It is really handy because it allows me to change my profile pic on the Gravatar site and it automatically updates on every site that supports Gravatar.

It was buggy and did not work all the time...

But it was optional to use it, so you could still upload the profile pic manually.

We really need this back, as it's on most sites and I can just change my Gravatar and it'll change my profile pic across many sites.

It was removed due to slow loading times. It's a great concept but it really killed forum speeds. I generally don't like relying on a 3rd party service that much.
