Add buyer download history

Hello, I would love it if MC-Market could add a viewable download history for buyers who've purchased a resource.
This would be good so we can see whether or not a user in question has downloaded the plugin or not.

The use this would have would be in settling malicious payment disputes. This would provide additional evidence that the user in question has in fact downloaded the product they've purchased and as such should not be eligible for a refund.

I came to think of this today as I've just had a person claim that they haven't received their product and started a PayPal dispute. It's 100% a false dispute, but nonetheless, I don't know if PayPal will accept the evidence that I can provide. I really think that having the history of downloads from a user that has purchased my resource would be very beneficial to my side of the dispute.

I hope you will be able to take this into consideration.

I still think they should add a button somewhere on the purchases page where you can go directly to the page where you can see the download data and all that. Didn't even know it existed, sort of hidden away.

This sounds good to me. Justis what are your thoughts on implementing this at the same time that we make the tracking page look nicer?

This was introduced with our migration to XenForo 2. Now authors have a 'Downloaders' tab on each of their resources which shows the date and time of each download made by users.

I'll mark this as implemented, thank you
