Add [BUYING][SELLING][COMPLETED]ETC

Hey I don't know if anyone has asked for this but i recommend adding the tag for the title onto recent threads/post/comments on the front page of the website. This will make it a lot easier for people that just use the front page because we wont have to click to see something we dont want such as someone selling something when we want to buy.

Requesting is the "buying" prefix
Offering is the "selling" prefix
Completed/Closed is the "completed" prefix

People just need to use it themselves.

Unless there are section(s) that do not have the prefixes, but from what I've seen, there are already prefixes.

If people used it a lot it would be fine but the problem is a lot dont

So what do you propose should be done, that MC-Market should have something that automatically determines if a thread is selling something, offering something and when the thread is no longer needed?

Im proposing to add a [Offering] or whatever type of tag into the title right next to it on the main page. it shows only the normal title but if u click on it it shows the tag.

I feel like implementing prefixes into recent posts would overall decrease the amount of views threads get, especially due to less real estate for thread titles.

It would just hog space-if you were buying fictional MC-Market socks, you would just look at every thread that looked relevant right now. Implementing this would make it appear as “Offering MC-Market”, especially due to prefix padding.

And hey, if you were buying fictional MC-Market socks, the requesting threads probably have people offering it-you’ll get even more options compared to a normal selling thread.
