Add CS:GO subsection under Videogame Items

CS:GO is a long-standing title and for the sake of some organization in the 'Videogame Items' section of the forums, I would like to see it added.

CS:GO does not have the popularity or interest on our forum that it once did, and I don't think that there is enough demand for it. Additionally, I don't want to expand that particular section of our site like adding a subforum would do.
