Add disagree rating to all Forums.

Hello,

Tittle is self explanatory.

Reason being that the Funny rating is abused so often. If your in a forum where you can't use the disagree rating, most people rate said post funny, which is not right.

Example:
Someone has brought up how many people died from Spanish Flu, someone says "Only 50 thousand", ofc that is wrong, but it is not funny either. (For those still wondering 50 Mil people died.)

You can add your reason to that thread. No need to have a duplicate. Especially since this was suggested 8 days ago.

We had disagree ratings everywhere before. It's extremely annoying when people rate all your service threads disagree because they are salty for some reason. This was removed because people abused it heavily.

You also have a poor example. A post like that would belong in off-topic discussions which in fact does have the disagree rating.
