Add drop-shadow to the "banned" tab under a post

I missed this tiny tag so many times not realizing the user was banned or not being able to find the reason to why he was banned, it blends in with the post and it is hard to see, I get that the previous design was too bold or ugly, but at least add a neat drop-shadow effect so the ban reason can stand out from the post.

We don't use drop shadows anywhere else in our themes (intentionally and that I can think of at least), so I wouldn't want to introduce it here. The design of our current ban reasons looks perfectly fine in my opinion.
