Add edit button to shoutbox

Hello,

I think it would be nice to have edit button on message that you send in shoutbox for 1 minute like in PM.
Maybe add edit history too.

Since the shoutbox moves so quickly and is so easy to correct yourself with I don't see a reason to add that functionality to the chat, especially since it would require custom development.
