or do you mean that you receive just USD, but since you get Euros from elsewhere, it's mixing?
You can withdraw USD to your bank account and it'll directly do it as euros or whatever other currency your bank is in. If you have multiple, you can easily convert them all to the same currency with 0 cost and a few clicks.

This is automatically done by PayPal. It converts your Euro's to USD.

XenForo upgrade system is a pain to customize so I disagree.
