Add minecon categories

Hey, so I thought i will be great to have different categories on the "Minecraft account" Section.
In the "Cape account" you should guys add category like :
- 2011 CAPE
- 2012 CAPE
- 2013 CAPE
- 2015 CAPE
- 2016 CAPE

It will help a lots peoples who're looking for a specific cape!

Perhaps instead of different categories, applicable tags would do better.
Tags can ble clicked to auto-filter all the threads in a category.

The problem with this is that we make people fill out a form to sell their accounts and there's no easy way of automatically categorising the cape accounts into a particular prefix, so this isn't possible with our current system and isn't really worth creating a new system for.
