Add more organization to the Instagram account selling section

There should be some distinction between whether they are selling an original username or a high follower account. Maybe make it similar to how the Minecraft account threads are set up. I spend way too much time clicking on links and not finding the account I'm looking for.

Once we get a filter system in place, (queued for development) this will be very easy to distinguish.

More organisation and ability to categorise is always great. We're waiting until our migration to XF2 to implement a new filtering system for now, but once we do we will be adding in things like what you have suggested.
