Add non-audible shoutbox alert option

Add an option to add non-audible shoutbox alerts. Similar to the way that alerts work, add a counter to the alerts button and the favicon of the website (green would work best, probably) to alert users when they get @'d or whispered to in shoutbox. Some people can't have volume enabled (at work/at school/in public) or simply are annoyed by the "boing" sound.

I've just tested it and it most definitely works for me and for other users. Please create a support request if this is still an issue affecting you.
