Add PogChamp Emote

How can we have emote, but we can't have PogChamp. Now I don't want MCM to turn into twitch and I want keep those amount of emojis limited.

What does PogChamp mean?
PogChamp is used when something unbelievable happens such as clutching a game or getting a penta kill in League of Legends.

How can this be used?
If someone has a good deal or maybe some genius idea you could use PogChamp.
