Its simple..
Add polls to giveaways for users to click on, then, then they can put entered below.
There will be a way to track the poll, to see if they actually entered, or have it so once they click one it automatically puts them in entered.
Then the giveaway proceeds.

I don't fully understand the concept of this since what you're suggesting has already been implemented in the form of the 'Enter giveaway' button. Entering a giveaway by providing feedback about a particular thing is an incredibly niche and specific use of the system that it wouldn't be worth the custom development in the first place.
