Add "Private OG" Posts & Replies to "New Posts"

To preface, I'd like to say this won't affect some of the community, but in the future it may.

I originally thought it was part of the system already, but after going through about ten pages of "New Posts", I couldn't find a single one. Personally, I use the "New Posts" section as a way to quickly find new products or services being sold, or trending ones. It's simply an easier way for me to navigate than to search through all the sections individually. Private OGs are missing, so I think people who worked hard to become eligible to access it. This seems pretty straight-forward, but if there are other additional implications, please leave it below.

Hi there,

I've gone ahead and checked and I believe that the new posts section only contains information that all users are able to access due to the way it was developed by XenForo, and this isn't really something I'd like to change considering how minor the result this has on users is.

You'll just have to check private OGs on your own instead of relying on the new posts page, sorry about that.

I'll move this to the bug report archives, thank you.
