Add report

Add a report when you click someone picture in a thread, so that you dont need to click the profile picture and then go to the profile, i'll be honest took me a while to find where report was until i checked the corners of the profile lmao.

While you're at it, a "Warn" button for mods would be great as well.

It's a pretty simple template edit, could be done in a few minutes.
