Add Reputation to a Suspended Members Profile

Hey,

So as most of you know, shit went down yesterday with Thiago.

I want to add -rep to his profile because he is extremely immature, rude, toxic, and constantly trashed MTG's thread by accusing him of scamming/trying to scam.

When I try to do this, it gives me an error of "You are not allowed to view this page.".

I think this should be added as people who are suspended can't get away with -rep.

Let me know what you think...

That takes 1-2 weeks. By then you could of forgot that. They shouldn't get away with no -rep.
