Kinda bored of seeing new members create a thread in the middleman section, most of the time they're either ban evading or just taking the piss. Not only that but it moves reputable members threads down. It would take little to no effort to add a requirement, if newer members don't understand the concept of gaining reputation before middle-manning then perhaps the requirements would guide them.

The requirements could either be decided by the community or the staff team.

Make the requirements big not just a "one month old account" "100 messages" "10 rep" or some shit.

Kind of agree with it but I would also say that adding a limit like 15 would be ok as many people here did start to get their rep from middleman services!

Yeah, but not a lot of people would want to trust someone with 15 rep.

I mean if someone tries to get reputation with vouches its not considered good and so the best method is MM but I am not a MM type of guy

Yeah, honestly I hate MM's and have never used one or trusted one. I find it hard enough to trust the guy I am selling to or buying from, let alone trusting an MM. But I would agree there needs to be requirements for it, like MTG said, a couple hundred messages, 60 or so days on the site, and maybe a rep requirement but that is kinda pointless in my opinion.

Make the offering prefix only able to be used by said members who meet those requirements. People should still be able to request a mm while having no rep.

The mm section as a whole is what I'm talking about. The post says 'create a thread in the Middleman section.' if you couldn't tell already, most of the staff here don't have common sense so they might not understand what should be simply understood in that regard.

I'd rather not impose additional regulations onto that section, and I don't think it really needs them. It's up to individual users about whether they trust someone to middleman the trade with them.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
