Add requirements to selling accounts

I've noticed that people tend to not B/S/T'ing from 'lower' class members if they have little amounts of postings/ratings. I have seen other forums do this, add a requirement to specific forums in order to create a threads in them.

Now the requirements, I'm not really sure. but dont make it too much, maybe like 5 posts or so. I just see lots of new members B/S/T'ing accounts and people not actually doing so because they have no rep on the site.

(apologies if this is already a thing, I didn't come across it when I joined)

This is a marketplace forum, the point of this forum is to sell things, making a post requirement like that is honestly stupid.

I feel like some people join the forum, post a thread, then never come back. Yes, all members should be able to comment/view every thread, but to post one selling an account of some sort, should meet some type of criteria.

Lots of members don't read the rules, don't view other threads, and copy and paste a thread from different websites to try to advertise their account. To reduce the amount of "spam" the website gets, I thought at-least have some type of reputation to post a thread b/s/t'ing an account. I didn't say this was to apply for all forums.
