Add Semi-OG Accounts

Since accounts are now available to be sold, as long as they aren't stolen or unmigrated why not have Semi-OG's? Only donors can post at the minute so there won't be any stupid posts such as XX_TheMaster123, people are glad to see buying/selling back so why not let them sell their Semi OG's too?

It would stop the OG Accounts section been filled up with Semi OG accounts, that's for sure.
