Add staff badge/enforce the default red name color next to other text features

I've noticed this alot lately with the special effect donation name color and alot of the staff supporting it and aswell other staff colors.

No, I'm not saying to not let staff use them in a part. More of like a little badge next to their name on text related things such as shout box
(didn't know how else to explain sorry)

Well good point. But with all these name colors lead me to believe multiple times that current staff have been demoted.

Just something as simple as a red A next to their name can be very helpful

We had red "M" badges next to our names in the old theme. It shouldn't have been left out in the new theme.

Yeah, I would quite like this to be added. back. I'll move this to pending to be fixed in a future update so we can get all of the theme adjustments made at the same time for simplicity.

This was implemented a few months ago, just never moved over to accepted.
