Add Staff Middleman (Read)

To prevent scamming I think there should be some moderators who can be a middleman for $5 per deal. They can be under contract so that they do not scam and this can help people from not getting scammed.

No I would just chargeback on the middle man. This has been addressed before, there is a reason the forums have a search feature.

Being "under contract" is pointless if you don't have the means to enforce that contact.

This is an international site, with people and staff from multiple different countries. I highly doubt BeBosny would want to spend (tens of?) thousands to sue someone across the globe over a $10 transaction... It's way to much of a hassle to get all this working legally.

If staff MM's, the website becomes accountable if something goes wrong.
Apart from that, MM'ing is not guaranteed to work anyway, even if the MM is reliable.
MM only works to ensure both parties get their due (so the buyer gets the product and the seller gets the money). The product could still be stolen, copied, downloaded, etc.
Also, the buyer can still charge back, and this would seriously affect the MM.

Like I said Ajdin has no means of enforcing the contract. He isn't going to spend thousands on a lawyer because you lost a few hundred dollars.

Staff can easily scam, it's happened before it can happen again.
Not saying any staff on here are scammer, there's a chance though.

Not to mention middlemanning does absolutely nothing for the buyer, and tends to help the seller. It also means the middleman takes the risk for both sides. It's absolutely overrated in almost any situation. I think only steam item trading is remotely helped by it.
