Add Sticky on Chat

Idk if this is a good idea, but maybe if someone is advertising on chat, they can pay an extra $X amount and have that message stay sticky. I know there are already sticky threads, but this is just a suggestion. Like $5 for it being sticky for 1 day? IDK

There is a reason that people are able to buy stickies in almost every single section of the forums, excluding the chat as it's not apart of the marketplace generally. People are allowed to advertise their thread(s) but there are chat rules regarding advertising.
There is a reason that there's a section for various things, such as graphics, building, plugins, etc
