Add the reason when someone is ban evading

So basically when someone gets banned for ban evading it doesn't show why was the main account banned for and some people might be curious and it takes sometime to find a thread where he posted in because we can't view his profile to know the reason

so my suggestion is when someone gets banned for ban evading it displays the reason why the main account was banned with it

so the current reason of ban evading users is Banned for Ban Evading ( User )
what i am suggesting is to add the reason in the message : Ban Evading ( User ) due to reason. scamming whatsoever

I never knew that way exists which also applies for most of the people on mcm

not everyone is familiar with how xenforo works or am i incorrect there is no place for people to know how to find a banned member.

It's a unuque option created by MCM developers, you shouldn't need to "know Xenforo" to understand the basic search functions of this site.

But tbh, I really want this to be added, very simple addition and will help with doing research.

I guess i took it overboard saying to know xenforo but there are many parts which have a search option in them not everyone know people only stick to the one on the top right.

Well, unfortunately, if I remember correctly, the banned user search system is built into XenForo, not custom. Second, I'd assume it would look a bit strange and could result in double the amount of results being displayed. It would also require more SQL queries and can impact performance.

Instead, I believe it would be nicer to simply allow the option to click the username and have it display the reason. However, usernames can potentially change over time and people can get unbanned, thus it would be better to use user IDs in ban messages and that would also allow the accelerated development of a "click to view" ban reason system. A "helper" may also be used to add the code necessary and check the ban reason supplied. See this for an example of a helper.

This is such a minor issue and I don't particularly understand the significance of it. If a user is banned then you should never deal with them, regardless of the reason. If someone is a ban evader then you can look up their username like Capaldi has said, but generally, it shouldn't matter that much to our users. Never deal with banned users.
