Drink some tea and read me ramble
Why you may ask. Well I was suspended for breaking the tos and I'm sure a lot of other people have been suspended for this as well. Which isn't the problem. The problem is how tiny and hard it is to find the tos that even if you were looking for it you'd have a hard time finding it or wouldn't even know it exists ( well we all know a site does have it's tos but really wouldn't think to find and read it at least for me ). A perfect example is when someone was asking where the rules were, I told them to read the tos aswell and had to tell them where it was 3 times being more specific.
To the point
Enough of me rambling basically my suggestion is to add the font 4 tos at the bottom of the page under "community guidelines and rules" because it would be more noticeable, more people would read the tos, and when people go to read the rules they would read the "second set of rules aswell" I'm not saying to remove it from the bottom of the page just saying to add it under rules or community guidelines and rules. If you disagree please say why it would be a bad thing to have the tos under Community Guidelines and Rules
