Add or change the rule with cracking to say that you cannot sell anything that involves illegal activities. People sometimes sell crackers which is technically allowed based on the rules.

80% of the capes sold on this forum are cracked. There's people out there selling 8+ minecon capes accounts at once. Unless they have eight different family members it's not legit in any way. Problem is that there's no way to verify that they're cracking the accounts which is why McM doesn't do anything about it.

This is covered by our TOS in multiple sections:
Furthermore, by using the Service, you agree that: (i) You will not use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited in these TOS;
(vii) Promotes fraudulent or dubious business schemes; or (viii) Violates any law.

However, nobody seems to want to read the TOS; so I have suggested the inclusion of specifying yet another time within our rules that cracking is not tolerated.

Why does the mc account section even exists if this rule is in place?

As Justis and Chearful have stated this is already implemented through rule 5.6 and our TOS.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
