Add toggle for "live" conversations

So basically, what I'm suggesting here is that a toggle be added to turn the live conversation feature on/off. I, personally, am not really a fan of the feature and would like to have it disabled on my account.

I use the conversations feature as a sort of email service. I don't want to use it as a live chat service. For those that do, more power to you. But I do not. I also don't like the look of "live conversations" and prefer the standard look.

Just hit "Change View" and it goes back to the original PM

It doesn't remember your choice. I'm looking for a permanent toggle.

This can be easily done via permissions.
