Add trading tag under steam items.

Under the steam items section I think we should add a trading prefix for people who might be looking to trade csgo skins etc.

We are no longer going to be relying upon thread prefixes in the future, and instead are having our own custom developed filter system implemented to hopefully enable easy filtering of threads.
