Recently I noticed that the twitter link has been removed from the maintenance screen. I used to think that was very practical because then I would just have to click on the link and would know why mc-market is down and when it will be back up. But now, when mc-market is in maintenance mode you have no clue if they are fixing bugs, it got ddosed, when they are going to be back whatsoever.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

yeah well, seems like they don't do that anymore, since with all the downtime I've barely heard a thing out of it.
Well, it doesn't hurt to put the twitter link there just in case Mick posts anything.

First update in almost a month.

It's better to not have a twitter link if nobody is going to maintain it. When I used to be owner, I used to get automated calls when something was wrong with the forum. First thing I did is post on the twitter to make sure everyone knows that there's an issue and that's it not them.

It kinda hurts to see that the site has issues for hours straight without any information from Mick. It's at least wise to let people know what was wrong. Compare tweets after 1st of December with tweets before 1st of December and you'll see the difference. Lack of transparency is still a thing.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll set this to pending for now.

Please fill me in here, I can't quite recall. Are you complaining about a lack of transparency from us regarding downtime before or after you hijacked the twitter account from us? It's hard to keep up. It is pretty difficult to inform the community of changes on twitter when it is hijacked and the hijacker refuses to give it back.

This is no longer relevant, so I will move this from pending to denied.

Thanks for the suggestion.
