Added Feature To Plugin <3

Hey there everyone, I had a custom plugin made for me ages ago which I invested quite a lot of money into. Its a simple plugin that allows you to bind commands to any item, so when you right click the item the command will execute. Sadly, the developer gave me a version of it that is not to good. Players that dont have permission to use a command cant execute an item if they dont have the perms for it. Im wondering if any Developer on here can spend 5-10 minutes adding in a feature that allows players to execute ALL commands, no matter what command it is and even if they dont have permission for it. I believe you would you a function that op them for milliseconds then de op them after the command is executed but im not completly sure. I will provide you with the src code. Please send me a PM ! Thanks for the response, my plugin is a lot more unique and has more features. For example you can add the amount of uses before your item will delete.
