Just another way to reduce scamming and to help newer members. It doesn't have to be too flashy, it just needs to be noticeable.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

What George said. I have see a lot of reputable members that have had a scam report open for a reason or another. Plus I see it could be used as a tool to "troll" people that did not do anything wrong and might reduce their sales for due to the tag.
You are giving too much power to the user.

This suggestion has already been rejected once before, since it had a near identical twin.

It encourages people to make scam reports on others even though they may not have been scammed, simply because it would negatively affect said user. It'd be a way to thrash all their posts at once, and all they need to do is use an alt and fake some evidence.

Not to mention there's still the matter of of Innocent until proven Guilty. There should be no punishments until the person has been proven guilty, and having a tag like this would definitely be a punishment.

If I had a 'caution' tag under my name, most veterans of this site would still hire me, or at least take a look at the scam reports section before judging. However, newer members (and potential new clients) would be discouraged from picking me over one of my competitors.
And then it turns out some kid opened a scam report because he asked for a refund 10 minutes after I went offline to sleep, and I didn't answer him for 8 hours.

I think what could make the suggestion better. Is if the scam reports get's closed then the player should have Their caution tag removed.

The tag should not be there in the first place.

I like the idea, but what if the user has a scam report but didn't scam anyone. For example a miss understanding or someone had a problem but didn't ask for support first. They could miss out on a deal or businesses by having that under thier name.
After he report is closed it could be removed

Denied. Our forum is based on an innocent-until-proven-guilty mentality and giving accused members the tag is a bit silly, particularly considering there is no punishment for submitting a scam report that isn't actually a scam.

Thanks for the suggestion.
