Adding a Non OG

Hello MCM,

It's came to my eye to see non OG accounts being sold via the selling areas. can we have a section where users can just sell normal accounts eg semi ogs or just alts (NO CRACKED ONES)

I often go to the OG account section and see random lame accounts being sold.

Thoughts ?

It's just a small thing to add to make the website look much better and so much quicker to find a account.

Honestly, Normal accounts are something un needed now in my eyes, I thought OG accounts were even dumb. Then i bought 2 and im in love with that section and only that section. The rank accounts section nobody uses that often, And i see the same for normal accounts, It would be nice to add but i see it being inactive.

Not really, I do see a lot of people selling bad accounts that myself and others think don't need that name of "OG"

Anything that is not considered an OG or rank or cape account should not be sold at all tbh. I guess those 'lame' accounts you see technically fit the measure of OG or rank or cape while being underwhelming. Nothing to be done about that.

Most of those "lame" names so to speak look really cool sometimes.

As a user who sells shit semis, I will try to stop selling shit semis and up my game.

My reason for not selling complete regular accounts is that scam reports might increase a shit ton, and the whole market kind of gets messy and overwhelming.

We decided against allowing normal accounts for the reason they were too often stolen, and served no real purpose. Not to mention a crapload of scam reports came from them.

Now imagine like this. If you wished to sell Semi-OG or even normal accounts, would it be worth your time to go through minecraft association for each separate one of them, and make a separate thread for each.

The association system WILL stay for ALL minecraft accounts, no matter what changes in the future (unless the site gets taken over completely ofc)
Now, I don't think selling accounts for $10 or less apiece is worth the hassle of using Mcmarket.

If you allow people to sell normal accounts, it would just be a place to get cheap MC accounts.

This is the main reason.

The reason why I allowed all accounts we have right now is because they have a decent value to them usually. It's really cool to see the OG's that are sold now and then.

I feel like that if we add regular accounts, the account market will become much more low quality for some reason(just look at other forums). Let's also not forget we don't really have a system in place for it. Can you imagine a guy with 20 normal accounts posting a thread for each one? It would look like a clutter and I don't think it's worth it.

I don't want to see something like this in shoutbox.
