Adding the shoutbox page back

Hello,

I know recently the shoutbox was changed back to the old version however the shoutbox page with the big shoutbox is removed. My suggestion is to add the shoutbox page back as it's really convenient to see who's online while reading the shoutbox, and it's also bigger.

Let me know your opinions on this.
