Adding Violations To A Mute Script

So I'm creating a mute script where each Reason starts off at 10 minutes and ends at 1 Month so there is 5 Violations
1ST - 10 minutes
2ND - 1 hour
3RD - 1 day
4TH - 1 week
5TH - 1 Month

I'm hoping someone can post in the comments on how i can do it or just make me a script where i can edit it and add my own Violations im willing to pay $5 for someone to make me the mute script im also using MaxBans as my Punishment System Thanks for reading down this Far

Why not just a simple java plugin?

I don't know how to make a plugin, if you know how could you make me one im willing to pay
