Additions to a plugin

Is it possible to add guns to a plane (the plugin is uplanes) and make cars have turrets or guns to make it like a tank?

Also, can someone build off of Savant 's advanced base plugin to make it so you can place turrets (maybe sentry turrets?) On it for donators only?

If you could do this, that would be awesome. We won't be needing this till www.arcus-mc.com (<<<click) is done.

Don't have a set price, and would rather have it unique (unless its expensive, we will go budget friendly)

dont know about the others but there here is some turret plugins, ive used them on servers before, not sure which one they use though.

Spigot -> Click Me First!
Bukkit -> No! Click Me First!

The problem is we want it to be compatible and only placable in your base area

hmm not sure, when you make a base and claim it in factions it creates a region in world guard i think, preventing other players from placing turrents down if they dont own the region. I have no idea really i dont use factions. Not sure how you would prevent a player from placing a turret anywhere he wants in the wild.
